Oat Mask by Sanu

“ The oat mask is a perfect post-vacation treat for your skin. It can be used once in every two weeks.”

  • Two tablespoons of raw oats
  • One teaspoon of honey
  • Half-ripe banana.

  • Oats are well known for their soothing powers.
  • Honey has anti-bacterial properties that relieve inflamed skin.

Method: Mash the banana and mix it with raw oats to form a paste and add honey to the mixture. Apply this to your face and allow to set for 15 minutes. Rinse off thoroughly with warm water.

Summer Skin Care Tips

  1. Wash your face twice daily with a good face cleanser.
  2. Use moisturiser to hydrate the skin. Make sure your moisturiser is rich in antioxidants which help protect against free radicals and environmental damage.
  3. The skin around your eyes are thinner and more delicate than the rest of the face, leaving it prone to wrinkles, puffiness and dark circles. By keeping the skin around your eyes hydrated and moisturised, you help to reduce puffiness and minimise the appearance of wrinkles.
