What made you want to become a makeup artist?
Since childhood I was very interested in makeup. I used to experiment with makeup on myself and my sisters. I had a memorable childhood filled with incidents that are fun to recall now.
What do you love about what you do?
Everyone is beautiful in their own way, but we makeup artists can show with a little bit of artistry, the difference between your everyday you and how you can present yourself with the right makeup.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
My inspiration is my elder sister Osha Mulmi Shrestha who is also a makeup artist. She is trained and would return home after class and practice, I just followed her.

Top makeup tips
Makeup depends on your skin type and face structure. If your skin is dry use only liquid foundation that contains oil. Tinted moisturiser is better than regular moisturiser. Always carry a travel size hydrating toner which helps balance dry skin and your make up from falling off. Drink enough water and make fresh fruits a part of your diet. Use moisturiser and day and night cream on regular basis. Depending on your skin type, you need to do facials once or twice a month.
