what stresses you out & how do you beat it

It will be unrealistic to say I never get stressed. I believe everyone gets stressed at one point or the other… it may be at work, in your relationship or something as simple s being stuck in a traffic jam or standing in a long queue to pay a bill. Stress is a common aspect of everyday life but the most important thing is to know how to deal with it.

When something tragic or bad happens, you know the cause and try to find a solution immediately. But it’s harder when stress accumulates from lots of small issues. When I am stressed, I feel discomfort in breathing. However, But when it comes to work, I actually perform better under pressure and enjoy working in a challenging environment. As a fund raiser, I thrive under quick deadlines and multiple events. I find that when I am under pressure to meet a deadline, I can do some of my most creative work. To deal with this type of stress I don’t aim for perfection, I just do my best.
