You probably will not find a single person who doesn’t get stressed at one point or another. But how they deal with it is dependent on their ability to cope with the situation. I try my best to stay motivated by thinking about the end result. I’ve found that even in the midst of a challenging situation, reminding myself of my goals helps me take a step back and stay positive. Yet, if a situation becomes overwhelming, I just get out of it, perhaps go to cinema and watch a movie so that I am charged up all over again and better able to handle the situation.
