Best beauty advice: Take one step at a time, too much stress is no good for your body and mind. Nothing beats eating right and good sleep.

Get ready playlist:  My current favourite is this Bollywood number called Tareefan. Other that I listen to is Strongest by Ina Wroldsen, and Havana by Camila Cabello

Everyday skincare routine: I start my day by drinking two glasses of water and green tea. Then I wash my face and apply moisturiser followed by sunblock.

Can’t-live-without products: Pond’s White Beauty Face Wash, Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 55 Sunblock and Lip balm.

Favourite evening look: A little shimmer on the eyes and a bold lip colour.

Signature beauty look: I use minimal makeup and love keeping it natural. I use a small amount of foundation for the base, a bit of mascara, a hint of blush on my cheeks and baby pink lip colour.

Off-duty look:  Comfortable jeans and top. I keep my hair in a pony or just let it lose.

Glow trick: I devote one hour of my day for a workout which really helps. I also use face masks to keep my skin healthy. Beside that whenever I am having a busy day I add on some blusher.

Beauty inspiration: My mother. I love how she takes care of her skin. I am always amazed to see how her skin glows 24/7.

Favourite photo filter: Instagram filters.

A beauty hack that works wonders: I massage my hair with coconut oil before shower as it helps maintain my hair despite using all the curlers and blow-drying. Also, I use baby oil on my body once a week before bed.

On staying fit: I workout every day. I am doing Insanity and Kickboxing. Most importantly I keep my diet balanced with proteins and lots of greens.

Recipe for flawless skin: I make sure to include more fruits and vegetables in my diet and I avoid spices.  I regularly hit the gym and I really love my after workout glow. Working out helps me maintain my body and sweat out. Lastly, it would be peace of mind. Inner positive thoughts and actions reflect on the outside too.
