I react to situations, rather than get stressed. This way, the situation gets handled without becoming stressful. Being a VJ and a counselor, when I deal with unsatisfied audience or students, rather than feeling stressed, I focus on the task at hand. I believe in my ability to communicate effectively not just addressing my side of the issue but also the other persons.
