What Is Your Recipe For Happiness?

My one crucial recipe for happiness is staying away from negativity. I surround myself with positive people. My husband and children are my sources of positive energy. I try to see the positive in any situation. I feel that there is always good vibes in people. It is the circumstances and other environmental factors that cause people to act in a certain way or say something bad. If I look at the past there are only positive things to see. Once you have positivity around you and within, you automatically become happy. Making sure that I say good morning and good night to my loved ones, making sure that I spend some time with them even though we may not be able to have a long conversation, making sure that we take a family vacation once a year, making sure that I do that little bit to make my loved ones happy – all this keeps me happy! Happiness lies in the little things.
