There could be numerous reasons; it could be the fear of death, it could be the fear of getting ill, or it could be the fear of not being able to do things that you probably did when you were young…the list goes on.

For me ,ageing is just a process of life and I take it in my stride. I have lived life to the fullest and have done almost everything under the sun and fulfilled almost all my desires. Hence I have no regrets.

My philosophy in life is to live it to the fullest. I cannot change the past nor can I predict the future but I can live each day without hurting anyone, and of course, this is my choice.

At this age I feel truly blessed to be able to do all the things I love to do, be it music which is my passion, games and at the same time spending so much time nurturing the young ones in my school.

To be very honest when you are a principal and also amongst the young, the question of age never arises. My children make me feel very young with their love, smiles and innocence.

Moreover, being a Roman Catholic death too is not a fear. I know when I die I will be with Lord Jesus Christ in a much better place than this world. However, I do wish and pray to die suddenly and not go through some terminal illness whereby I have to make others suffer as well.

Age is but a number, nothing more. Life is meant to be lived.
